Yesterday some dimwit went though a red and hammered my car .
I just got out of the hospital , im not to badly hurt my main problem is the whiplash and as i have previous neck and back health problems it might be a ongoing thing .
i had a plate inserted between my 2nd and 3 rd vertibra about 8 years ago as treatment for D/D/D( degenerate disc desease) and i dont have full movement of my neck
its hurts like hell right now even though im on pain killers .
i think we can kiss the car goodbye .
have to go with my wife to retrieve personal items from the car and have to talk to the insurance .. ill post later

Sorry to hear that, John. I hope the painkillers kick in soon or you are able to find something that works/some relief/dammit why is it that whenever I reply to one of your posts and I'm not arguing with you, everything sounds rude? lol

JohnA, I hope you feel better soon, see if your insurance will cover a cranio-sacral session as part of the physical therapy afterwards, when you start recovery. It's extremely gentle, no pressure more than the weight of a nickel, but it's amazing how the body falls back into the correct position. Best of luck mate, hope the painkillers kick in soon.

I'm so sorry to hear about your accident, John. I'm pleased it wasn't worse, although I know neck pain can hurt a lot. I hope seeing your car won't be too much of a shock.

Yes he has got insurance *progressive* i obtianed a copy of the police report today
,my wife toook a day of and helped me with te tedious things i had to do following this incident . in the report the driver of the car that hit me says he went thought red light cus he was **coughing at the time , trust me thats the lamest excuse ive ever heard . we do have a witness who stated he saw the guy run the light .....
she also went *car shopping " it was the car she usually drives that got killed.
im taking my medication and have just woken up so i can post on here for a while but i should according to the doctor be *resting up * no driving , no alcohol , that sucks ...
big time . .
going to see my regular doctor tomorrow for a check up and he will decide wether i have to wear a neck brace again for a while . that really sucks .....
