We are seriously thinking of going back to the UK to live, one thing we are concerned about is medical insurance, will we automatically be covered by NH? I have been told that we would be, then I was also told it may be a problem. Do any of you have any knowledge of this?[/size]

Yeah you'll be covered - British passport and all that. Saying that my wife is American and she was fine - just get a copy of your NHS card when you get back for your new address and you'll be fine.
