Basically, a bunch of Hassidic Jews kicked the living daylights out of a 50 year old NY woman who wouldn't sit at the back of the bus.

Rosa Parks anybody?

Should USA money support this kind of behaviour?

:???: I don't get your point, Annie. It is obvious from the information that the segregation is not a lawful one but one enforced by thugs.

Absolutely terrible.

They should test foreign women, on arrival, to make sure that they know that they have to stay in their proper place.

We could do worse than enforcing those rules here.

I see your point if it helps annie, but you can always just look at one case and say its a one sided thing.

So to counter that article. There was one on the BBC where 5 Russian thugs beat and killed a jew and stabbing him in the chest with a cross.

There are always bad things happening in this so call civilised world. should US money be handed to Israeli, but then should Iranian/British/UN or whatever country or organization give money to support a political stance.

All countries bribe each other to gain an advantage in some way. Does it make it right, nope, but thats what we have at the moment.
we give a lot of money to a lot of countries and its done mostly for political reasons morals *the word is used loosely here * doesnt enter into it .

we give plenty of $ to african counties where crime and curruption is rampant expecially in the ruling classes .

my point is if you are going to just give aid to countries where the population is free from any sort of predudice ,is peaceloving ,and treats all of its citizens equally , etc where would you start ???

There'd be nowhere to start. So perhaps best spend the money on working on those ideals at home....?

you got it

Agree with monster. charity begins at home.Seems when ever the US gives aid for no reason than aid they get blamed for something or other. The same with the UK.

Speaking of which I heard a month or so ago that the UK has just finishe paying off the money it owed to the US for WW2. Wonder how many other countries can say they have done that.

My point is this, and I have to admit I chuckled when I read your reply, I have heard the Hassidic Jews, ultra orthodox jews, referred to as many things, but never before a bunch of thugs, however my point is we do not support the covering of the face, the way Iraq conducts it's tribal lifestyle, we insist they conform to Americas ideal of democracy, and yet we pay money to a country who on a regular basis does something that was banned in this country umpteen years ago.
