Really, I've not had much feedback on this so far. I guess people aren't really bothered. Is that the case?
Some people are bothered, but not enough to make it worth organizing a big fancy banquet. It doesn't need to be an all or nothing thing. Why not pick a date when the largest number of people can come, and then just go out to dinner when we get there? Make it up as we go along. if the numbers aren't huge that's an easy stress-free option. )

Please send post with the MONTHS that would be good for you, for example,
"Any month"
"any month except march or June"
"Jan-July and December" etc...
OR...
post blackout days if any time is good except you're on vacation for a couple of weeks.

We'd be interested, sounds kind of interesting, can't be specific about dates or anything just yet but we'll watch this space with an open mind and schedule grin
Tentative date of April 26 2008. Who can make it? Would you want a hotel room? How many days? I am sure people would want to take some time while they're here so please let me know how many nights you'd be stopping for. If people would like to do some of the "tourist" things I can probably arrange that.
