I printed out a recipe for Cheese and Onion pasties that you posted on here a while ago.
Last week I finally got round to making them and I would like you to know that my husband thanks you, so does my son, my boss, my co-workers and my best mate from up the road. Your recipe was a great sucess.

Thank you sweetie mrgreen
You're more than welcome, my love!

Glad they turned out so well!!

Heaven knows what will happen when Mick remodels the master bedroom

Dont remember seeing that one.....will you share please

Corned Beef Pasties

1 packet Pepperidge Farm puff pastry
1 tin corned beef
3 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
half a cup frozen peas
beef buillon cube ...Oxo if you have it or Knorr
salt and white pepper
1 beaten egg

Peel and dice the potatoes, onion and carrot. Barely cover with cold water, add a teaspoon of salt and cook until just tender, about 8 minutes after water comes to a boil.
Drain, reserving a little liquid. Dissolve the buillon cube in the liquid.
Chop the corned beef finely, mashing with a fork and removing any "icky" bits (y'all know what I mean here!) Mix into the potato mixture with the buillon liquid, frozen peas and add salt and pepper to taste. Leave to go cold before making up the pasties like the cheese and onion ones.

I promise you'll be making these every week!!!
