I came across this site the other day , you pay a fee( $15) and post your "hard luck story asking for donations .

I being a cynic am dubious about the large so called charities like "united way " but this site takes the cake .

I give as i always have time and money to Local charities where ican have some control and say in where the money goes and waste is to a minimum .

Basically, people had set up websites where people could donate cash. They showed one guy who was saved from losing his house, then another women who paid off something like $13,000 of credit card debt.

He wants $250 for a keyboard with all the keys in the places where John thinks they actually are. :grin:

As a side note, I wrote that sentence about 6 times due to horrendous spelling mistakes.

No less chance than anyone else. Got $15 to gamble?

It would be interesting to see a tally of what's been donated to each "cause" so far -see what the top 10 are.
