I tried but apparently the pic is too large and unfortunately I have no idea how to shrink it, I'll ask my hubby tonight.

portishead, just open it in any drawing or photo manipulation program and there should be an option to change the image size (try the edit menu first). Aim for 500-600 pixels wide.
