Hello everyone,
I'm originally from Folkestone in Kent and now live in Charlotte, NC (via Manchester University). I moved to the US in March 2002 to be with my fiancee, we got married on April 27th. Still waiting for my employment authorisation from the INS so spend most of my days on the internet and playing pool, but the World Cup starts next week so I will probably start living in the nights rather than the days.
I'm enjoying America so far but I don't think I really feel a part of it yet. Everyone is very nice but it doesn't make up for not being able to get Curry Sauce in the McDonalds here. The weather is great though...
