I was listening to the news online the other day and although I can't seem to quote numbers, those folks who have adjustable mortgages are gonna get reamed big time.

Don't the <insert loan institution here> offer capped loans over there? That top out at a rate so they cannot get stupid?

We just had our 'mortgage statement' from the endowment company we chose to carry one with.
I'm so glad we sold the house as we would have been seriously in big financial shit.
