I was browsing a site that had free UK ringtones and wrote to them an email asking if a US-based expat could get some of them, as the phone number check was for a UK mobile number. I even have a UK number through Vonage but it's a landline.

They pointed me to this site, which does not have Alltel as a partner so I am still SOL. But thought I would pass it on for everyone to rummage through.
