Good Afternoon ).
First off, what a great site!
Alrighty then. Might aswell start with the introduction.
My name is Lynne, I am a 32 year old Yorkshire woman currently living in a tiny little town called Petersburg, Tennessee. Petersburg is in south Tennessee about an hour from the Alabama border.
I lived in Leeds from the date of my birth (Loiner born and bred!), up until 2002 when I moved to the US after marrying my American husband. We met on the internet. We've been married for almost 4 years. Moving over here was an extremely difficult adjustment for me and I can safely say that only in this 4th year am I feeling comfortable. All my family and friends are still in Yorkshire.
I work for KFC, yup that's right Kentucky Fried Arteri...er I mean Chicken. I work for a large Franchise in the SouthEast in their Alabama business office and I push paper! We get a free meal every day which I don't eat because I know the nutritional information bwuahahahaha!
We have fur kids, 1 cat and 2 dogs plus numerous chickens and four goats. No real kids, neither of us are sure we want any.
I do miss Leeds and England A LOT! I visited home last Christmas for a couple of weeks and am planning another trip in 2007. I won't list what I miss because it could go on forever.
I can see that this site is huge so I'm planning on reading some posts and familiarising myself with you all ).
