Hello - I'm new to this forum and need any feedback I can get before I shoot myself!! I;ve been waiting for a green card for amost two years and am now told that 'they' are not issuing anymore until further notice. Is anyone else in this predicament too? I got as far as filing my I-140 and now nothing. I hate my job but can't move and my H1B expires in January (2nd term). I'm seriously thinking of jacking it in. Would love to hear from anyone in same position - cheers!!!!

you are not compelled to reply! the threads hang about ad infinitum, and people will add to them when they have something to say. Feel free to comment elsewhere and be British and use British spelling and sarcasm etc, while you are awaiting answers to your post. We're a friendly bunch. Sometimes too friendly, but you just tell me about them and I'll smack their hands. .......besides, JohnA is away right now. Lonsonsquare is a bit of a worry, though...... ;)
