If you have trouble logging into the system please clear you cookies. View the help files for your web browser for instructions on how to do that.
Any emails from people saying they cannot login that do not confirm they cleared their cookies will be ignored.
Secondly. The integration is not perfect. You still need to login to both sections of the system but with the username/password you created on the forums side of things.
Some settings may need to be fine tuned. If not notice anything odd with the directory side of things, please let me know.
Many people have email addresses that are bouncing. We do not manually confirm white list addresses or deal with bounces. If you are not getting an email you are expecting then please do the following
allow all email from british-expats.com and ensure your provider is not blocking our IP address which is 71.240.188.3. If you ask for help and you have not received a reply within 72 hours, you should try and contact us via a different email address.
Thank you all for your patience during this upgrade. It is pretty major compared to the other things we've done since it is the merging of two independent systems into something more managable.
