I find Keith Olbermann the antidote to stupidity in the American media and it's coverage of politics, particularly the O'Reillys and Limbaughs.

The man speaks a lot of sense, constantly pushes the fact that dissent is not unpatriotic and even risks losing the MTV generations by doing a sort of editorial that runs a good seven or eight minutes, pulling no punches and usually letting deserving targets like Bush or Rumsfeld have both barrels.

It's not perfect by any means but he'd make a good apprentice to Paxman.

Good post lol. But both play the same game. I tend to listen to what they tell me as fact then research it myself.

I good example I heard today, re the pentagon attack. They tend to play the bit where the guy says, it looked like a tomberhawke missile. The media only plays that part and plays to the conspiracy people that the US done it. If you listen to the complete tape without edits the guy says its a plane lol.
