This is the big story in western New York. Ralph 'Bucky' Phillips escaped from prison and has been on the run for just over 5 months now. There's been various sightings of him in the southern border part of NY and PA, and the police have had road blocks and have arrested various friends and family of Phillips but still havent caught him. Things escalated a few days ago when two state troopers were shot and one trooper later died. There's now a $200,000 bounty on his head.
In typical american fashion Phillips has been compared to Rambo and other infamous outlaws. There's even people with 'Run Bucky Run' t-shirts. From what I understand Phillips was on America's Most Wanted. The local media was reporting the fact that Phillips made the national news roll
