Recipe is in US measures.

2-3 C. pretzels
1 1/2 sticks butter
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 C plus 3 T sugar
8 oz Cool Whip(Kind of like Birds Cream only alreay made up and comes in a tub, like margarine. Usually in the frozen section near the frozen fruit-if not, just ask, trust me they'll know where to find it)
2(3-oz)pkgs Strawberry Jello(UK its Rowntree Jelly, although its powdered here as opposed to the blocks)
2 C boiling water
20 oz Frozen Strawberries

Crumble preztels.(I put them in a freezer bag and let the children hit it with a rolling pin) Melt butter. Mix Pretzels, melted butter, and 3 T sugar. Spread into a 9X13-inch pan and bake at 400F for 8 minutes and cool. On low speed, mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on top of pretzels and refrigerate for about an hour or so. Dissolve jello in boiling water and stir in frozen strawberries. Stir until strawberries are thawed. Spoon jello/strawberries on top of cream cheese mixture and refridgerate until firm. I usually chill it overnight.
