The H.R. 4437 passed the house a while back and is under consideration by the Senate.
S. 2611 passed the Senate in May I think - it amounts to the same thing but allows easier paths to citizenship and is centred more on accommodating the immigrants, rather than punishing them and/or sending them back, with H.R. 4437 is based upon.

Agreement I suppose as the Senate Republicans pushed another bill that was harsher and the Senate sat on the House bill that they'd had for a while.
