don't know about a mango but I saw a grilled peach in this season of 'Raleys' food mag. Just a quick searing by the looks of things!! Oooh and they have some great recipes in this edition. I think they have Raleys in SJ don't they?

From what I remember seeing on the TV you peel it and place thick slices on the grill. But I don't see why you couldn't leave the skin on and do the hedgehog cutting.
