hello there, welcome to britnet! grin
Welcome Scouser.

I thought for a minute that you had things reversed, with the baby in December and you being barefoot now; but it doesn't go against the advice to keep your wife pregnant in the summer and barefoot in the winter.

Enjoy.

Welcome to my world

We are just down Hwy 288 from you, in Brazoria County.
Looks like the rain will be here for a while longer, it's always "fun" when this happens as we never know if our local Bayou will hold or not. Hope you get home safely. Good to hear from a new Brit neighbour 8)

Hi there! )
Hello and Welcome, Texan Scouser.

I moved to Houston with my family February 2006 - I'm not too far from you.

It was p'ing down earlier this morning, but has cleared up now, and thankfully where I live does not seem to flood.

I found plenty of nice beer, though I have yet to find Stella in the shops. I had far too much ESB when England played T&T last week!

Cheers
Timbo
Hello!

Where in Scouseland are you from? My first proper job was in Liverpool at a ship's chandlers down the south docks. Place has gone through some massive changes since then!

Greetings
Welcome to the group lol
So are you dry yet T_S? Are you ready for the next round today??
Rain did not get me the 2nd time around ). Everyone seems to use a brolly for the slightest bit of rain here I have noticed !!!

I am originally from Wavertree, moving to Runcorn then to Texas.

If you want Stella Beer you can get from any Specs Store. $6.84 for 6 bottles. $162.00 for a 212 gallon keg LOL. Also found english crumpets and sausages, Woo Hoo

Recently they have started to sell Stella at my Local Kroger store also. Along with other fine English food, So glad they have Bisto I have to say )
