dont know we have a proxy vote as to who is on the management board . being florida proberly both water and riff raff where a concern .

It missed us Cel. fizzled out headed east. We did get one evening of much needed rain.
We are still under drought conditions.

They had to be worried about the water, from what we have seen of one of the owners :lol:
Why worry about it, after all people choose to move there lol and they are the risks yea take. Its like building a house on the side of a mountain, don't be surprised when you get home from your to find it at the bottom.
Just have bloody good insurance and have all your important information locked up safe somewhere else lol.
