I am on a Special K with banana kick at the moment, but what I really enjoy is a banana and chocolate chip yogurt low-fat muffin from our local coffee shop!

Toast. Two slices, with marmite. And a pot of tea. Occasionally we go out, but its all too much, eggs and french toast sausage bacon steak, yards of cream in a can and all drowned in maple/non-maple slurp.
Keep it simple and the cholesterol low grin

At home I eat instant apple oatmeal. mini frosted shredded wheat, weetabix.
If I go out I would usually get english muffin breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese or eggs benedict, which is pretty much the same thing with halandaise sauce on it.

Was that from 'Flavour of Britain"?, I didn't know they did sausages, I had their sausage rolls one time and they didn't have much taste, so I didn't ask about sausages. I'm going to be going to pick up some beer and wine from Total Wine and I usually go on to "Flavour and get a couple of cheese and onion pasties

First thing in the morning, coffee and a smoke. Don't do breakfast, haven't done breakfast since I was 14. I don't normally eat until I've been awake six hours.

I usually only have time for a yoghurt at my desk during the week- usually maple or vanilla flavour.
At weekends, I'll have corn flakes, lots of toast & marmalade and occasionally a fry-up, pancakes or waffles.

I usually make oatmeal from those tins of Irish steel cut oats (the night before) and then have it with a dash of real maple syrup and non fat milk...

Yes it was the Flavour of Britain. They get their sausages from Myers of Keswick in the Village, a store I would love to visit cos they do all kinds of goodies. I agree about the sausage rolls, no taste whatsoever. I get my sausage rolls frozen at the British Connection in Smithville. They're the Piccadilly ones I think (I don't have any here to look at and haven't been there in a while) and lush when eaten hot out of the oven!
