I'm not quite an expat yet, though I was and I will be again before the year is out!
I moved to the US in 1998 to marry hubs... obviously he wasn't hubs then! Lived in Omaha for 3 years and Colorado Springs for 1 year then moved back to the UK in 2002. Had a son in 2004.
Haven't really settled back in the UK, which surprised me as I'd been looking forward to it from year 2 when my homesickness reached its peak so we've decided to return to Omaha and have started the DCF process.
Oh and I'm a Yorkshire lass grin
