Note to new members It seems the Britnet mail server is being blocked by a number of ISPs out there which means authentication or password reset requests are not being delivered.

If you did not receive an email please use the [url=http//www.british-expats.com/contactform.php]contact us[url] form and include your email address and username so that we can authenticate you manually.

I apologise for any delays you may have in subscribing while we get these small problem ironed out.

Know ISPs affected

erm... might that actually be "bigpond.net.au" (have a brother out there and they are his ISP).
