Some of you oldies may remember many, many years ago when the message board looked black, I had a link to some usenet newsgroups:
misc.immigration.canada
misc.immigration.usa
alt.visa.us.marriage-based
misc.immigration.australia+nz
I am now in a position where I can re-add these newsfeeds if there is enough interest. It is also possible for me to add additional groups, maybe some British TV and sports related groups.
Please vote for your choice.
A note for people not familiar with newsgroups:
There are some 50,000 newsgroups which most internet providers give access to, although they're not as common these days as they used to be since the advent of the web and message boards. If you can think of a subject, you can find a newsgroup for it.
Generally you need a news reader to view newsgroup. FreeAgent is a popular one for Windows.
You can find a list of almost every properly created newsgroup here: Warning 2.5MB
Not all internet providers call all newsgroups.
Regards
Nigel
