Just registered, so thought I should say HI! I was actually trying to find an expat Bristol board and found it has been closed so ... here I am !
Originally from Bristol, moved to New Zealand in 1973 and ever since then I have had the travel bug. I have been 'home' a few times and seem to be getting closer. I am now living in Port Credit, Mississauga, neighbour to Toronto.
I'm now 42 and keep wondering where all those years went. I am married to a wonderful Canadian, have two cats who I brought with me from New Zealand and after 3 years here, I find my Kiwi accent has reverted back to a mix between a Bristol and Canadian accent. It's nice to hear those "RRRRs" once again! )
