Hello there! I thought I'd slip quietly into this section without too much hoohah. Firstly, I have an admission - I am not an expat, I live in a small village just outside Whitby. It's just that sometimes I feel like an expat, having moved from the City to the countryside. It gets kinda quiet here sometimes! I was researching something on ancestry.com and found myself looking around expat sites, so here I am. I hope to learn a bit about life in foreign shores and look forward to getting to know you all.
