We arrived in Hawaii about 5 weeks ago expecting paradise - 4 weeks of rain, now the beaches are literlly off limits due to bacterial infections - hope it clears up before the warmer weather arrives.
Still looking for work(Computers) but going to a few interviews next week.
I moved here from Kaiserslautern, Germany, before that we lived in Fresno, California, and before that I was based in Germany with the RAF. (left 2001) I am originally from Blackburn, Lancashire. My wife was born in Portugal, to US Military parents
Haven't heard of any Brits hear yet, we live in the Ewa Beach Area of Hawaii - found some great beers though, if you ever get fed up of Mai Tais - Keoki Sunset beer - a local beer tastes a bit like a sweet pale ale - very nice chilled.
