Just wondering if anyone has any advice on best rate / type mortage to go for when we remortgage our home in the UK. We will be renting our home out while we live abroad for 2 years. I've heard that as this is not an investment 'buy to let' but rather a necassity due to relocating and renting abroad we have more options regarding the best mortgage? Any advice?
