So why do we bother even discussing political realities at the moment? Bush, Blair, and their various scummy cronies might be running "the world" now but for anyone under 35 who really gives a sh**t? They've run it in their selfish, crass exploitive way for years, quite frankly it’s not our problem, when we are in charge we'll change it all and then "they" all better look out. When they become irrelevant and dependent and we make the laws they'll regret their generation's lack of conviction and vision.

Our world will be better.
and so says every generation! but I wish you luck on your quest
So, Moo, do you speak for yourself ? your gang ? your generation ? Each generation has people who speak as you do, but the people who get the power are those who worked their way up through the system, but pretended to be outsiders. They are mostly overnight successes who spent years in learning the craft. And that means they learn to not be abrasive lol

The big problem is that you cannot get power at thirty five, and when you eventually do get the power, the fire is gone, the rough edges have been chipped smooth, and the practicalities become more important than the more noble motives.

When you try to drain the swamp, you find that you spend all of your time fighting off the alligators, and you fail to drain the swamp.

And a new generation comes along and a new Moos ays "So why do we bother even discussing political realities at the moment? ............."
