Hi all,
My name is Mirry. I was born in Holland, have lived in London for the past 23 years and returned to Holland about 1 year ago. I'm a musician and have travelled a lot over the years with a variety of bands. Since the past few years I work as a social worker as well, currently in Amsterdam.
I returned to Holland for a variety of reasons, one of which was family considerations - however, I'm finding it difficult to settle in Holland and miss London, the cultural variety and the English ways of looking at life, which have largely become my own. I feel like an 'onlooker' in Dutch society and would love to get in touch with English(speaking) people, to share experiences and humour with!
