That's because today is Texas Independance Day and that means as other half and me both work for the state we get a day off!!! And a great day it has been as well, temps are in high 70's today with very low humidity and we have spent the day outside mowing, cleaning out flower beds and generally enjoying a georgeous day. It has always been my favourite time of the year here and it was nice to have a day off together and really enjoy it......unfortuantly it is back to work tomorrow, hmm, but then it will be the weekend and we can play again mrgreen

I noticed your comment about this being your favourite time of year. Have to say that March is definitely my least favourite month up in the northeast. It's freezing, more snow in the forecast, and will be at least another six weeks before Spring is even in the air cry

Have just booked a weekend in FL at the end of the month, though, for hubby's birthday mrgreen Got to have something to look forward to!
