I have friends who were desperate t osend some of the devils grass cuttings back to Britain, but knew they'd be busted if they did. So they mailed it to their apartment block but to a fictional name.
The claim it did. I've no real reason to disbelieve them other than that sounds too easy.
I rememember not that long ago some IRA operatives over here were mailing handguns from USA to Europe and then were going to smuggle them into UK.
They got busted too.
UPS, the United Pot Service thats what we used to call it. I never tried it but years ago it was mailed to my friend from Cali. 8)
