Surfs up, big time at Half Moon Bay.
So I played hookie from work ,life, etc, and wandered over to use my crappy litlle camera to take some shots from the day.
I missed the competition, but did manage to watch them practice early in the morning.
My better shots with my 'big boy camera' are still being developed. Cant wait.

Wow, big waves.

Wasn't it just fabulous to watch. We got big time coverage here. The waves weren't quite as big as last year, but nonetheless, when you think, at the bottom of that wipe out of 40', there are rocks shock
Shame about the spectator. I mean who sits that close to the cliff edge anywhere on this part of the coast. Mind, it was only a rock, at least it wasn't everyone on the bit of cliff edge above her.
They don't call it the left coast for nothing. What's left is leaving fast!! lol
