I was just listening to a story on a local radio station in Canada (St.Catherines) about a confrontation between a motorist and a female courier in downtown Toronto. (up there in Lee country wink ) The basic story is that the motorist (in his SUV) threw out a meat pattie (probably a burger right? wink ) from his SUV out on to the street. Where upon seeing this the courier was incensed and grabbed hold of the pattie and opened his door and threw it back into the SUV. There was some altercation between the two and after having this bust up, the motorist must have left and parked his SUV and then went back and confronted the courier again. He tried to stamp on the courier's bike and after the courier's screams for assistance and the motorist was tackled by a few bystanders.
Now the thing is, this was captured by a photographer and was posted on this website http//www.citynoise.org/article/2770 and the site has had over 100,000 hits, and the Toronto Star has done an article too. http//www.thestar.com/NASApp/cs/ContentServer?pagename=thestar/Layout/Article_Type1&call_pageid=971358637177&c=Article&cid=1138661412479
It definitely took some gumption by the courier to do that but do you think that throwing the sandwich back into the SUV was going a bit too far? What do you think?
