SACRAMENTO, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger faces a fresh quandary for the next inmate scheduled for execution -- a blind and ill 75-year-old man, a report said.

Clarence Allen, who has diabetes and suffered a heart attack in September, will turn 76 one day before his scheduled Jan. 17, 2006, execution by lethal injection.

Yep we even campaign on behalf of the white ones roll
I don't get it JohnA. he committed crimes, even ordered murders from inside, why shouldn't he be executed? You'll have to explain to me why age gets you a free pass for murder.

I don't get it either. Since when is life without parole a free pass for murder?

So I say NO cuz I don't believe in the death penalty, it serves no one after all.

He ordered the death of a witness to his previous crime whilst in the nick. He's a complete risk to peoples safety whereever he is. Death was the only solution. Good riddance.
All it serves is revenge, not justice. Thats not for the likes of you or me.
