read this morning that he has had a bad stroke in Florida. Used to like him. A down to earth type of guy.

Bit of a shocker, I gotta say.

That's sad - I liked how straight forward he was when I saw him on stuff like "Question Time" several years back.

Always a shame to lose genuine characters...rarely agreed with him, but liked him loads.
