We are all packed, and we fly out to Toronto on Friday. We are really looking forward to it, the temperature there right now, seems to be 12-15 below. shock
Just remember your toque grin
All the best and enjoy your new adventure
thank you very much people. What was it like for you when you moved out to where you are now, and did you move during the winter time?
moved in the "rainy" season, it's exciting of course, everythings new and wonderful, but after a while you'll realize it's the same shit, different country, lol
ha, we had a long flight from Spain with a layover and bomb threat scare in Portugal.
When flying with an 18 month old, long flights are tiring, even though she was very good.

After coming through immigration at JFK, all of who did everything they could to get the 3 of us and a dog through the ordeal as quickly as possible, even bypassing passport control and to the front of all other lines, we finally got off the plane at Boston MA .
5 weeks later we had one heck of a blizzard with about 3 feet of snow falling over just 2 days. I loved it.
The kids are really looking forward to the snow, they can't wait to make snowmen. When MR A was over recently picking up our PR cards, he said it was beginning to get cold.

He did get us coats and toques, and thermal socks.
