OK it's *##!ing cold here now. And this is Toronto CANADA where we know cold.

The city announced a "cold weather alert" yesterday.

I noticed on the Buffalo news, across the border, it's dropping to zero soon. At first I thought "that's not so cold" and then realized it was zero farenheight!!!

Current temperature here -12c. (10F)

I was outside the HSBC Arena getting autographs from the Sabres a while ago when it was below freezing with a -25 wind chill, and every player like Chris Drury (American) Ales Kotalik (Czech) Jay McKee (Canadian) and Marty Biron & Danny Briere (French Canadians) all basically said the same things:- 1. You're british right? and 2. are you insane its freezing??
They all gave me their autographs, which was nice, and chatted until the cold got the better of their heaters in their luxury cars!!
I was doing alright until my Sharpie froze

edited to just add that Bill Clinton's going to be at the HSBC Arena tonight, as a guest of the Sabres billionaire owner Tom Golisano. I don't know if anyone cares but I just thought I'd tell ya  (doing my best Marvin the android impersonation)
I wonder if he's going to be after autographs?

60 degrees here... 8)
