They seem to think they'll still get your cards to the UK on time if you mail them on the 12th shock
Thanks Monster,

Gives me a few days to go out and buy them, write them and mail them!!

Zed
Just finished writing mine, will be off to post them in the morning.
If you send ANY parcels or envelopes(Heavy) to the UK or anywhere.

Get the weight of your post and check the postage charge on their USPS-Postage Rate Calculator.See

http//ircalc.usps.gov/default.asp?Mode=Intl_Single&CID&10324

We send all our small parcels(under 4 lb~ I think) Economy Letter Post. The cheapest way via seamail).

Take a print-out of your Rate Calculation for the parcel with you to the Post Office.

Believe me you will need it to double check the price the clerk gives you.

We have had a run in with the USP on prices and this method gives you a good argument for the low price as not all clerks calculate in your favour.
I try to send all my stuff in puffy envelopes as the rates are better than for boxes
