Surely, under this administration, life begins at conception. Remember the right to life starts at conception and lasts until birth, after that you can be tried as an adult and topped.

If the baby is allowed to be counted as a person, the copper should then ticket her for having the baby in her lap in the front seat, not properly retrained in a car seat. I've never heard pediatricians advixe umbilical cord as a suitable method of restraint.
