So I’ve read My Year Of Meat and then Fast Food Nation and went on to watch Supersize Me.

But on occasion, I find myself at the drive thru window getting a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. It’s like I’ve become one of those people that have compulsions to eat dirt or pull out their hair. I just turn my brain off and do it. I’m not even drunk! How about you? Do you ever fell like a poo burger zombie?
Had my bi-annual burger the other day. The cheese wasn't good enough, there wasn't enough pickle and the fries didn't have enough salt. They're trying to make it healthy and it's losing all taste. Ah well, another 6 months and I'll try again. By then it'll taste so healthy I'll have to find a new vice. lol

I love the Carl's Jr Breakfast Burger with hash browns and fried eggs as toppings.

I have burger and fries only occasionaly but usually enjoy them when I do.
There is nothing wrong with eating them once in a while, it's those that live in fast food joints that have problems.
When I was in Utah I used to eat wendy's or Macdonalds a few times a wek. Since I have moved to CA I have not touched junk food, not even once. There are just much better places to eat out. Weird...

...come join us....you're giving in....you're beginning to like it here......the weather....the lovely fresh vegetable (hate the phrase "veggies")....soon you'll be down here at the coast having a pint of guinness over looking the beach....

.

I haven't had a hamburger in awhile. I don't quite like fast food anymore, but more like Fridays, Applebees etc. Does that count as fast food? Although last time I went there (chicken sandwich), it took 45 minutes to get it, so I guess I answered my own question.
I only eat burgers and fries at my favourite "Dairy Queen" in town.

The food is decent, the burger baps are always fresh and a member of staff invariably brings my lunch to my table. Just went that way about a year back - new ownership I think.
