So basically the Kebab Shop Owners dont do ANYTHING to the meat at all!!
 ...yeah, the kebab shop owners don't do anything to the meat.
/at least with the meat out front
My Missus and I were having a chat last night about lamb kebabs. She observed that most of the ones she had in Britain had little shavings of bone in them (but added, as is often the case with kebabs, that she was too worse for wear to care that much). This reminded me of the trail of half eaten discarded lamb kebabs you always see in student areas, those who had a couple of bites and then even in their drunken states thought better of it.
I also began to recall that in fact that whenever I found myself in a kebab shop I would have the fallafel, the chicken sandwich, the crappy veggie mousakka - almost everything but a lamb kebab. I really don't think they're as good as you remember them.
Lee, Lee, Lee.....Honestly I think they are as good as I remember them. I was only there last year....but its personal taste too Mate.
But its good to know that the Kebab Meat doesnt have ANYTHING done to it by the Kebab Shop Owners, all they do is buy it from the Manufacturers and then stick the thing on the Scewer! All the spicing and flavouring (whatever spices etc they use?) is done by the Kebab Factories..now thats my next tast!
