I stumbled across this helpful site for dealing with every Thanksgiving turkey problem there is. There are nice recipes too.

Turducken is a Thanksgiving problem but I don't see it there.

Doesn't help with vegetarians. Or being thoroughly ****ing sick of turkey after three days. :grin:
