I notice a lot of companies registered in Delaware. This appears to be the business equivalent of flying a flag of convenience from Panama or Liberia.

Does it just protect companies legally or are there tax advantages to a Delaware registered business?

I quite like having my business registered in Oregon - no sales tax to deal with for a start - but maybe Delaware is the way to go ?

Delaware doesnt have a usary law .
