So for failing to show for the removal of conditions interview in July, my visa has been terminated.

I came back home due to personal problems between me and my wife and failed to inform anyone about it. Silly me, I know I shouldn't have an excuse, but my mind just wasn't with me.

Me and my wife ARE still married and in February I am going to visit her to work things out.

If things work out for the better and I am asked to live there again, what do I do about my visa? Should I re-apply? Do I do the whole process again?

Help ! )
Hi, Scruff.

I'd suggest you post your questions in the following forum, which is a US Marriage-based Visa Immigration Forum frequented by knowledgeable individuals and a few Immigration Attorneys. I'm sure you'll find someone there who can help.

Good luck! smile
I suggest taking legal advice.

There is a good chance they will not let you back into the country if your visa has been terminated. You will probably have to start again and go via the I-130 route. Consulting an immigration Attorney is your best approach as I really doubt you will be allowed in via the VWP.
