Hi there -

We live in England and want to move to the U.S. as soon as possible. I am American and my husband is English. I am living in England on a 2 year Limited Leave to Remain Spousal visa.

I am fearing the paperwork headache of getting my husband over to the U.S. Can someone suggest an Immigration Attorney that can help us? Does anyone know the approximate cost of having an attorney handle the process?

Thank you!!
I used one here in Virginia Beach about 5 years ago and he cost me about $1,750 if I remember rightly. He saved me all the headaches, as he filled out the papers, filed them and dealt with everything. All I had to do was get me and husband to sign papers, go to INS for fingerprints, go to a doctor (assigned by INS) for a medical, and then go to the final interview with husband. I got it all done within about 8 months from start to finish. ???

The name of the guy I used is Max Frias.
Here are his details if you are interested in giving him a call

4551 Professional Cir
Virginia Beach, VA 23455-6442
(757) 552-0978

I thought he was great. I have recommended him to a couple of people before, and they have had good results too.

Good luck. Let us know how you get along.

Thanks for that recommendation! We will give him a call. You don't happen to have an email address for him, do you?

Thanks!
