Put some bread in the toaster.
Spread butter on the toast and pour a can
of Heinz baked beans on the toast.

Emigrating to Maryland, I was amazed to find that Maryland Cookies are not readily available in the US.
Also there is no recipe on the internet for
Chicken Maryland.

Butter!

sacrilidge!

BTW I should change your title or it'll end up you-know-where

sacrilege Dr monster....

Ummmmm......... I love butter on my Beans on toast.... - now with dietary restrictions I spray ICINB spray on TOP of the Beanz. mmmm....
Monster,
Why should I change my title and where could
it end up.
Why, just the word "recipe" could get it banished to that forum , just as the words "trailing spouse" sent "does this make me a..." to the depths of darkest immigration!
Oh, and thanks for the correction, KG -I decided I really couldn't be arsed to go back! -now if you could only correct it in my post rather than after next time, it'll save me an awful lot of hassle lol
Certainly, oh High and Mighty one! We plebs hang on to your every misspelled word and wait only to do your bidding! lol
evil

lol
Monster, sorry you are right, I think it may have been you that asked why my humorous remark about trailing spouse should be diverted to the Immigration "folder"
And if the above posting is considered as
a recipe then I have no faith in Ex-pat
NG's

Why is Colorado the boonies?/what are the boonies??? :???:

It's a colloquial expression for "the sticks" out here.

Other Britnetters all seem to live somewhere fancy like near New York or Chicago or Connecticut. I feel as if I'm stuck out in the sticks compared with y'all.
I sort of figured that's what it meant, but is it only CO that's referred to as the Boonies? And is it only parts of CO?

I think "the sticks" came about because houses out in the country were built of sticks. What does Boonies mean?
