I just wondered if anyone knew what I would need to do once the 90 days waiting period has gone, I know that I might have to go to my local office but do I have to wait for them to process it, What actuaaly happens?

I think they have to give you an interim approval until the proper one arrives. It's just a guarantee that you can work 90 days after you apply (much like getting your pizza free if it takes more than an hour to arrive.) Have you been waiting that long?

Thanks, I have been waiting almost 60 days but after talking with someone who has been waiting longer, nebraska service center seems to be taking quite a while. As yet I don't know of anyone who has received their L2EAD from them. Just wanted to know if I wait to wait longer than the 90 days.

Did you apply for your EAD via the mail or did you go in person to the immigration office?
On our immigratin internet sight it says you have a waiting period of 90 days.
Also, does it effect your greencard application if you get your EAD and SS number? We have started our greencard process and don't want it to be delayed by doing this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
