Hello,
I've just found this website from someone on the americanexpats.co.uk site. I'm an American living in London with my English husband. We've been married since April and are just starting to plan our move back to the US (we were supposed to stay here for 3 years, but I really want to go home so hopefully it'll be more like 1 1/2 years). There's nothing wrong with living in the UK, but I've been here about 2 1/2 years now (as a student before we were married) and I really miss my friends and family back home. I'll be asking some questions about the whole visa process to go back to the US because it's way more confusing than getting the visa to come to the UK! I heard this was a friendlly site, so I'm hoping that you all can help me smile I'm sure DH will be using this site more as well once we move to the US and he's missing England (especially his football!).
