We are thinking of moving to Canada and would love some helpful advice from those who have been there before us grin We have 4 children and want a better quality of life for all of us than we have here in the UK.

Hubby is an electronic test engineer and has a HNC in electrical/electronic engineering and 15yrs+ experience. Will his qualifications be accepted in Canada? Where are the best places to look for jobs? Which areas are the best ones to move to in terms of standard of life and cost of living (and job prospects)?

thanks in advance grin
I'm retired now, but came to Ottawa in 1963.
The Company I worked fro for 15 years was Computing Devices of Canada.
They are now part of the General Dynamics group.
I'm not sure if they are in your field, but it's worth a try.
